Care Finders, Inc. is hiring compassionate Certified Caregivers (PCA & HHA) in Patchogue, NY and surrounding areas to provide one-on-one in-home care. Earn $19.86 per hour plus the Caregiver Rewards Program and extra incentives.

Requires NYS PCA or HHA certification, willingness to work 12‑hour or live‑in shifts, reliable transportation, and a compassionate, trustworthy spirit.

Caregivers receive paid orientation, weekly pay, referral bonuses, and flexible schedules to fit personal commitments.

• Must be willing to work in Patchogue and surrounding areas.
• Availability to work 12‑hour or live‑in shifts, Monday–Sunday (8am–8pm or live-in 3–4 days a week).
• Reliable transportation and a compassionate spirit are essential.

• Assist with daily activities (dressing, bathing, meals) and ensure safe living environments.

Your Role as a Caregiver:

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes
• Frequent standing and walking; assisting members with daily activities (dressing, bathing, and meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines
