Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking Live-In Caregivers / Home Health Aides to support clients in Montgomery and Chester counties, PA. The Live-In role involves staying in the client’s home and providing intermittent assistance over a 24-hour period.

Competitive base pay of $200 daily, weekly pay, and flexible scheduling designed to fit your lifestyle. Training is provided if needed, with a supportive team behind you.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of direct home care experience with a home health care agency, hospital or facility.
• Live-In experience preferred.
• Training can be provided if you do not meet qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Activities of daily living
• Light housekeeping
• Bathing
• Grooming
• Toileting
• Nail care
• Range of motion / exercises
• Transfers / use of mechanical lifting devices
• Oral feeding
• Vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration
• Home Management Tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making etc.
• Assisting with ambulation
• Medication assistance
• Remain in the home for each 24-hour period, as assigned by clinical manager.
