Job summary

Griswold Home Care is seeking a Live-In Caregiver to support clients across Montgomery County, PA. The role requires staying with the client during shifts in a residence, with private sleeping quarters and downtime provided.

Expect 16-hour live-in shifts and a pay rate of about $200–$230 per day, plus benefits. We offer daily/weekly pay, flexible schedules, paid orientation and training, PTO, referral bonuses, and health/dental/vision insurance, plus a 401k match.

Qualifications

• Empathetic, positive attitude, strong communication skills, and compassion.
• Preferred 6+ months caregiving experience.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Able to pass criminal background checks.
• At least two professional references related to caregiving or work history.

Responsibilities

• Activities of daily living: bathing, grooming, personal care.
• Homecare: light housekeeping, meal preparation.
• Medication reminders and documentation.
• Companion care and emotional support.
