Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking Live-In Caregivers / Home Health Aides to care for clients in northern and southern New Jersey. The role involves staying in clients' homes and providing intermittent assistance over 24 hours, with responsibilities including ADLs, light housekeeping, and vital sign checks.

We offer base pay of $1,360–$1,450 weekly, bonus opportunities, and benefits eligibility for 30+ hours per week, with weekly pay and flexible scheduling to fit your lifestyle.

Qualifications

• Minimum one full year work experience as an HHA or with a non-healthcare employer if newly licensed.
• Completed a recognized HHA training course and hold an active NJ HHA license.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily living assistance (ADLs) and housekeeping.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, toileting and nail care.
• Monitor vital signs and administer basic medications assistance.
• Remain in the home for the 24-hour period as assigned by the clinical manager.
