BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking experienced Live-In Caregivers/Home Health Aides to support clients in Montgomery County and in Upper and Lower Bucks County, PA.

In this 24-hour live-in role you will follow a written plan of care, provide personal care, household support and companionship, and receive competitive pay with weekly incentives including PTO and referral bonuses.

• Minimum one year of Direct Home Care experience as a HHA.
• Live-In experience required.

BAYADA Home Health Care has an immediate need for Live-In Caregivers/Home Health Aides to care for our clients. The Live-In Caregiver is present in the home and available to provide assistance intermittently throughout a 24 hour period. Earn up to $1,600 per week. We offer competitive pay rates and flexible scheduling.

$1,600 per week potential salary

• Montgomery County, PA
• Upper and Lower Bucks County, PA

What you’ll do:

• Following a written plan of care by a registered nurse, you’ll provide personal care services, household support, and companion care (homemaker) services to help adults stay safe and independent at home.

As a BAYADA Live-In Caregiver/Home Health Aide you’ll have the opportunity to develop close relationships with your clients while you help them with:

• Activities of daily living: bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care, etc.
• Household support: light housekeeping, laundry, bed making etc.
• Meal preparation and feeding
• Range of motion/exercises
• Assisting with ambulation (Transfers/use of mechanical lifting devices)
• Medication reminders

Qualifications for Live-In / Home Health Aide:

• Minimum one year of Direct Home Care experience as a HHA with another Home Health agency, Hospital or facility
• Live-In experience required
