Job summary

Legacy Home Care is seeking a Live-In Caregiver to temporarily reside in the client’s home in Shakopee, MN, providing personal care and daily living assistance. Shifts span multiple days with 16 paid hours and 8 guaranteed resting hours, plus overtime eligibility and bonuses. You will document notes via a smartphone and gain experience within a family of healthcare providers.

Qualifications include 1+ year caregiving or CNA, valid driver’s license, and U.S. work documentation.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of direct caregiving experience or CNA certification
• Pass a multiple-choice caregiving knowledge quiz
• Val id documentation to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with older adult clientele through quality one-on-one care
• Stay within client’s homes for multiple consecutive days
• Assist clients with bathing/showering and dressing
• Assist clients with daily living activities and general household cleanliness
• Provide hands-on care such as transfers and therapeutic exercises
• Use your smartphone to complete e-documentation notes
