Job summary

Legacy HomeCare in Plymouth, Minnesota seeks a Live-In Caregiver to reside with the client and provide personal care, bathing assistance, and daily living support. You will stay in the client’s home for multiple consecutive days, delivering compassionate, one-on-one care.

The position offers overtime, a bonus potential up to $2,000, an employee referral program, and opportunities for advancement within our family of companies. Valid caregiving experience and U.S. work eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license.
• 1+ year of direct caregiving experience or CNA certification.
• Pass a multiple-choice caregiving knowledge quiz.
• Valid documentation to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with older adult clientele through quality one-on-one care.
• Stay within client's homes for multiple consecutive days.
• Assist clients with bathing/showering and dressing.
• Assist clients with daily living activities and general household cleanliness.
• Provide hands-on cares such as transfers and therapeutic exercises.
• Use your smartphone to complete e-documentation notes.

As aLive-In Caregiver with Legacy Home Care, you will betemporarily residing in-home with the client, providingpersonal care and assistance with daily living tasks. Shiftstypically last several days at a time, and consist of 16 paidhours and 8 guaranteed restinghours.
