Job summary

Legacy Home Care in Minnesota is seeking a Live-In Caregiver to reside with clients and provide essential personal care and daily living assistance. Shifts span multiple days with 16 paid hours and 8 guaranteed resting hours per cycle, offering autonomy and meaningful client relationships.

Features include overtime pay, bonus potential up to 2000, and a referral program up to 600 per referral, with opportunities for advancement within the Legacy family of companies.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license.
• 1+ year of prior direct caregiving experience or Nursing Assistant certification / CNA.
• Pass a multiple-choice caregiving knowledge quiz.
• Valid documentation to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with older adult clientele through quality one-on-one care.
• Stay within client’s homes for multiple consecutive days.
• Assist clients with bathing/showering and dressing.
• Assist clients with daily living activities and general household cleanliness.
• Provide hands on care such as transfers and therapeutic exercises.
• Use your smartphone to complete e-documentation notes.
