Job summary

RIGHT AT HOME Lower Bucks County and NE Philadelphia is seeking caregivers to join our team for LIVE IN assignments in Langhorne, PA and surrounding areas. This is a rewarding in-home care role focused on companionship, personal care, and supporting seniors in their homes.

We offer competitive pay of $165–$180 per day, plus training, recognition programs, and 401(k) with match. State ID and HS diploma required; at least 1 year of home care experience and two caregiving references are needed.

Qualifications

• Prior home care experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• HS diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Caring for an ill, aging, or disabled person.
• Light housework, meal preparation, medication reminders, shopping and errands, companionship, and personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Primarily work in the client's residence.
• Travel to the client's residence is required.
• Shift times may vary with client needs.
• Be willing to work with Hospice patients.
• Alzheimer's and Dementia experience a plus.

JOB DETAILS:

Pay Range $165-180 per day

Shifts: LIVE IN (in client's home)

Location: Langhorne, PA and surrounding areas

What we need from you:

• State ID
• High school graduate or G.E.D. certificate required
• Minimum 1 year of home care experience
• Ability to provide 2 Caregiving references.
• Must have a sympathetic attitude toward the care of the elderly
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
• Ability to deal effectively with the demands of the job
• Recent PPD Test- 2 step PPD, QuantiFERON, or Chest Xray Preferred

Responsibilities of the Personal Caregiver for Elderly

• Caring for an ill, aging, or disabled person.
