Job summary

Right at Home is seeking experienced caregivers to provide one-on-one in-home care in Dyer, IN. You will follow clear care plans, communicate effectively, and have time and support to deliver compassionate, high-quality care.

Flexible scheduling is available with both part-time and full-time options, and opportunities for higher pay on advanced cases. Training and ongoing development are provided to help you excel in your role.

Qualifications

• 1+ year caregiving experience.
• Driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs: bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding, and mobility.
• Provide hands-on care for bed-bound clients, including bathing, repositioning, and hygiene.
• Care for clients with dementia, Parkinson's, and other conditions.
• Maintain patience and professionalism, even during challenging situations.
