Responsibilities

• Drive a non-air-conditioned trolley on busy public streets while narrating a scripted tour.
• Meet and engage the general public and staff in a courteous way.
• Handle challenging guests and radio communications calmly and professionally.
• Inspect the vehicle daily and complete required inspection forms.
