Qualifications

• Ability to learn and memorize scripted tours and routes.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and co-workers.
• Ability to handle stressful situations in a professional manner.
• Must be at least 21 years old and possess valid driving credentials.

Responsibilities

• Drive a trolley on busy public streets, narrating a scripted sightseeing tour up to 4–5 times daily.
• Enhance guest experience by using video bites at designated tour points.
• Engage with the public and company staff professionally and courteously.
• Maintain radio contact with dispatch during tours.
