Duties
  • Safely operate trolley vehicles along designated routes, adhering to all traffic laws and safety protocols
  • Conduct informative and lively guided tours, sharing historical facts, fun anecdotes, and key site details
  • Engage with visitors of diverse backgrounds using excellent communication skills, ensuring an inclusive and welcoming atmosphere
  • Manage timing effectively to keep tours on schedule while maintaining a relaxed and enjoyable pace for guests
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, assisting with boarding and disembarking, and resolving any guest concerns promptly
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards of the trolley vehicle before, during, and after each tour
  • Collaborate with team members to coordinate schedules, report maintenance issues, and improve overall visitor experience

Requirements
