Job summary

Tyson Foods is seeking a production supervisor to lead all production operations at the Humboldt, Tennessee facility. The role requires overseeing production supervisors, schedules, product rotation, CCP verification schedules, and safety committee activities.

Some travel is required, relocation support may be considered, and the candidate should be able to perform the physical duties of the job. Applicants should possess 3+ years in manufacturing supervision or 2+ years within Tyson,

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a manufacturing supervisory role or 2+ years Tyson supervisory experience.
• Familiarity with processing floor operations preferred.
• HACCP certification and understanding of HACCP principles with CCP verification preferred.
• Knowledge of fresh meat processing preferred.
• Must be able to access production floor and work in cold environments (28–45°F).

Responsibilities

• Oversee all production operations at the facility and supervise production supervisors.
• Manage production schedules, product rotation, CCP verification schedules, and safety committee oversight.
• Review team performance and develop/improve in deficient areas.
• Support responsible use of AI tools and integrate AI into daily work where appropriate.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience:
• 3+yearsofexperience in a manufacturingsupervisory roleor 2+ years of Tyson supervisory experience.
• Familiarity with processing floor operationspreferred.

• Physical Requirements:
• Must be able to access all areas of the production floor to conduct audits and inspectionsusing fixed ladders,stairssteps,etc.
• Able to tolerate environmental conditionsin the area ofresponsibility. The temperature inmost of theareas range from 28°-45° Fahrenheit.
