• Computer Skills: Requires elementary computer skills.

Responsibilities

• This position is responsible for ensuring catchers arrive at the chicken house safely and on time and ensuring the chickens are caught in the most efficient way possible.
• Overseeing the methods used to catch the chickens and ensuring the farms are taken care of and meet all relevant government regulations.
• Supervising the loading of trucks and ensuring their accuracy by attending to all administrative duties.
• Finding ways to minimize DOA chickens, ensure the safe handling of all the animals we use to produce meat and performing other responsibilities as the need arises.
