Mission Church in Bloomingdale, IL seeks a Production Director to oversee weekend and mid-week AVL operations, ensuring distraction-free experiences across all environments. You will lead volunteers, coordinate cross-ministry production, and manage Planning Center resources.

You will collaborate with the Worship Team, prepare production elements throughout the week, troubleshoot real-time issues, and build a scalable production team focused on excellence and spiritual impact.

Qualifications

• Experience operating AVL (audio, video, lighting) in live environments.
• Familiarity with Planning Center or similar scheduling tools.
• ProPresenter knowledge and organization.
• Ability to troubleshoot AVL and production system issues.
• Strong attention to detail for live environments.
• Experience coordinating volunteers and cross-ministry production.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the technical execution of weekend and mid-week services.
• Collaborate with Worship Team for production integration.
• Prepare production elements and operate AVL equipment.
• Maintain production schedules and Planning Center resources.
• Train and develop production volunteers; build team leadership.
