Job summary

Highpoint Church is seeking an Executive Director of Administration & Operations to oversee all production teams and weekend environments across our Illinois campuses. You will collaborate with the Senior Pastor on sermon production and provide leadership for production staff and volunteers, ensuring top-quality worship experiences.

The role may oversee IT systems and infrastructure, and requires a track record of leading production in church or live-event settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Production, Audio Engineering, Technology, Communications, or related field (preferred).
• Five+ years of experience leading production teams in church, live event, or similar environments.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production teams and weekend production across multiple campuses.
• Collaborate with Senior Pastor on sermon production and messaging support.
• Coordinate production for church conferences, events, and gatherings as needed.
• Develop, coach, and empower production staff and volunteers.
• Produce and coordinate video content supporting worship and ministry missions.
