Job summary

Level99 Corbin's Corner in West Hartford, CT, is seeking a Manager on Duty to lead from the floor and keep the venue running smoothly. You will take control of the shift, guide the team, and ensure a high-level guest experience.

As a leader in a fast-paced entertainment venue, you’ll manage floor presence, coach staff, and enforce safety and policies while delivering exceptional service to guests and coordinating with internal teams for events.

Qualifications

• Friday and weekend availability is required.
• Able to stand and move for 8+ hours per shift.
• Strong verbal communication and guest interaction skills.
• Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
• Positive, upbeat, team-first attitude is essential.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty, owning shift execution and overall venue performance.
• Lead the Team through active floor presence, real-time direction, and coaching.
• Maintain control of Guest experience, safety, and policy enforcement across the venue.
• Oversee staffing, shift flow, and operational execution to ensure a high-quality experience.
• Maintain accountability for cash handling, POS systems, and overall operational accuracy.
• Support event execution and coordinate with internal Teams to ensure smooth delivery.
