Legends Global is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for the Toyota Arena facility. The role oversees daily warehouse operations, inventory control, and coordination with F&B management to maintain costs and product efficiency. Requires supervisory experience and strong computer skills, including Quest and Excel.

Position is part-time, non-exempt, located in Ontario, CA, with union membership as a condition of employment. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is expected.

Qualificações

• Must be 21+ to apply.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in warehouse operations, preferably ONT Field.
• Experience with inventory distribution and procurement.
• Strong computer skills: Word, Excel, email; familiarity with Quest or similar food-service software.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations at Toyota Arena.
• Direct in-bound and out-bound inventories to ensure efficient storage and usage.
• Coordinate with Food & Beverage Management to manage costs and recipes in NCR/Quest.
• Conduct monthly inventory counts and reconcile stock levels.
• Train, coach and manage warehouse staff; enforce safety practices.
