Job summary

ASM Global is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor for the Toyota Arena, overseeing daily warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, and staff performance. The role collaborates with the Food & Beverage team to manage costs, recipes, and timely deliveries.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in warehouse leadership, strong computer skills, and experience with Quest or similar food-service programs. Evenings, weekends, and holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-4 years' experience in a warehouse management role with purchasing duties.
• At least three years' prior supervisory experience, preferably in a field setting.
• Flexible schedule; ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong computer skills; proficient with Word, Excel, and email.

Responsibilities

• Direct inbound and outbound inventories to ensure efficient storage and usage.
• Coordinate with F&B team to align cost and recipes in NCR/Quest systems.
• Track and order inventories to avoid stockouts and waste.
• Conduct monthly inventory counts with peers and reconcile discrepancies.
• Communicate with managers and vendors about delays, voids, or changes.
• Train, coach, and manage warehouse staff for安全 practices.
• Ensure purchase orders, invoices, and financial records are accurate.
