Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for the Toyota Arena in Ontario, CA. This part-time, non-exempt role reports to the Food & Beverage Manager and supports inventory, procurement, and warehouse operations in a unionized environment.

You will supervise staff, manage stock movements, and collaborate with Food & Beverage to maintain cost and recipe accuracy in Quest systems, ensuring safe practices and compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 or older to apply.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2–4 years in a management-level warehouse role.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience, preferably in ONT Field.
• Experience with inventory distribution and food service systems.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Word/Excel/email.

Responsibilities

• Directs inbound and outbound inventories of merchandise, equipment, and supplies.
• Coordinate with Food & Beverage team to control costs and recipes in Quest systems.
• Track, reconcile, and order inventories to avoid stockouts and waste.
• Conduct monthly inventory counts with peers.
• Supervise warehouse staff and ensure safe work practices.
• Maintain records for orders, invoices, and vendor pricing.
