SevenVenues, the City of Norfolk's Department of Cultural Facilities, Arts and Entertainment, manages the city’s iconic venues and events. We are seeking a Crew Leader II to supervise daily operations, lead event crews, ensure safety, and maintain facilities before and after shows at venues such as Scope Arena and Chrysler Hall.

The role requires four years of experience, an Associate's degree (preferred), forklift certification, and flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Four years' experience
• Level of knowledge equivalent to four years of high school or equivalency.

Mansioni

• Manages daily activities of the crew by generating and distributing guidelines, drawings, layouts, and assignments.
• Oversees upkeep, installation and storage of tools, staging, and equipment; reports maintenance and coordinates scheduling.
• Supervises personnel, coordinates schedules, contributes to performance evaluations, and serves on interview panels.
• Coordinates event logistics including resources, setup options, and time requirements; facilitates scheduling.
