Job summary

INSPIRE is seeking a full-time Audio Visual Lighting Technician II (L2) to support events at The Broadmoor in Colorado Springs, CO. You will work with stage lighting fixtures, dimming, and console programming in a live events setting.

The ideal candidate has experience in Event Technology, strong customer service skills, and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of a High School Diploma or GED; some college preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills proven through demonstrated ability to interact well with clients, both internal and external.
• Maintain a professional image in compliance with the company's appearance/dress code.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Must be able to accommodate a flexible and short-notice work schedule to include nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to lift 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lighting fixture setup and focus, Electrical and dimmer controls, Lighting Console programming and operation.
• Rigging safety knowledge for lighting equipment
• Strong computer skills – CAD or Vectorworks a plus
• General Audio, Lighting, Rigging, Décor, Staging abilities & knowledge
• Pull Equipment, load-in, set up, operate, Take Down, Load Out & Shop duties
• Warehouse & Equipment Responsibilities
• Other duties as assigned
