INSPIRE Solutions is seeking an AV Technician to support events at The Broadmoor in Colorado Springs, CO. This role focuses on prepping, setting up, operating, and maintaining audio-visual equipment.

You will ensure inventory is accurate, coordinate with hotel staff, and respond quickly to equipment needs during events.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prep, set, and strike audio-visual equipment and keep inventory updated.
• Track inventory and ensure orders are completed in a timely fashion.
• Operate AV equipment with understanding of signal flow and specs.
• Determine equipment shortages and prepare orders/substitutions.
• Coordinate with management and hotel staff.
• Follow strict schedules and grooming policies.
• Represent INSPIRE professionally at events.
• Work in fast-paced, changing environments and adapt to input.
• Protect equipment and report damages.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area.
