INSPIRE Solutions is seeking a full-time Audio Visual Lighting Technician II (L2) to work at The Broadmoor in Colorado Springs, CO. The role involves live-event lighting, console programming, and rigging, with a focus on customer service in a hospitality setting.

Compensation ranges from $24.00–$27.00 per hour depending on experience. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, disability, PTO/holidays, and a 401(k). Applications open until filled.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• Experience in Event Technology or lighting for live events.
• Must have a clean driving record and be able to lift 75 lbs.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lighting fixture setup and focus; electrical/dimmer controls; lighting console programming and operation.
• Rigging safety knowledge for lighting equipment.
• Strong computer skills; CAD or Vectorworks a plus.
• General Audio, Lighting, Rigging, Décor, Staging knowledge.
• Pull equipment, load-in, set up, operate, load out and shop duties.
• Warehouse & equipment responsibilities; other duties as assigned.
