Job summary

The Analog Coordinator role at Davidson Hospitality Group's Hutton Hotel in Nashville drives the coordination of Analog shows and events. You will handle ticketing, asset collection, and marketing assets while liaising with front desk, concierge, and marketing teams to promote and ensure a premier guest experience.

Seeking a proactive, fast-paced hospitality professional with strong communication skills to manage artist hospitality, logistics, and on-site box office events as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating events or shows is a plus.
• Strong communication and cross-team collaboration.
• Hospitality industry knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage ticketing for Analog performances including asset collection, event creation, refunds, questions.
• Collect and/or create marketing assets for Analog event promotion including media, advertising, email marketing, social media.
• Coordinate Analog event awareness, promotion, and ticketing with front desk staff as needed.
• Coordinate artist hospitality and logistics.
• Coordinate guest experience with the concierge.
• Coordinate and manage press and media ticketing and seating.
• Execute and/or manage on-site box office functions for Analog events as needed.
• Route leads and inquiries from Analog website to appropriate department.
