Job summary

LEGENDS GLOBAL in Ontario, CA is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the ONT Field facilities' day-to-day maintenance, utilities, HVAC, landscaping, and repairs during events.

Under the Maintenance Manager, you will supervise technicians and laborers, hire and train staff, manage inventory, and ensure safety and customer satisfaction at all times; a union environment applies for Ontario employees.

Qualifications

• Three or more years' experience in maintenance with multi-use facilities.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• HVAC, facility and equipment maintenance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily maintenance of ONT Field facilities including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and AV systems.
• Interview, hire, train, and evaluate maintenance staff; assign and direct work.
• Maintain tool and parts inventory and coordinate preventive maintenance.
• Ensure safe operations, adherence to policies, and customer satisfaction during events.
• Operate equipment such as forklifts, power sweepers, boom lifts, and electric carts; train others.
