Job summary

• General knowledge of maintenance, janitorial and landscaping.
• Able to follow oral and written instructions.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good time management skills.
• Willing to work long hours including nights, weekends and holidays; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain facility appearance and cleanliness.
• Inventory, organize and stock maintenance areas.
• Coordinate cleaning around daily activities.
• Manage utilities and climate controls.
• Maintain and repair playing surfaces and equipment.
• Schedule and perform maintenance on facility equipment.
• Monitor office, restrooms and concession buildings; ensure cleanliness.
• Coordinate maintenance with directors and contractors to maximize court usage.
• Monitor walkways, beds; weed control and cleanliness.
• Develop annual court maintenance plan and logs.
• Operate machinery and maintain sports equipment.
• Repair irrigation heads and lines.
• Keep parking lot clean and inventory up to date.
• Complete special projects as directed by management.
