Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Concession Stand Lead for the Ontario, CA field operations. This part-time, event-based role oversees a multi-person team, ensures compliant alcohol service, food safety, and guest hospitality across events.

You will help coordinate pre-event setup, inventory counts, and post-event closing, while guiding staff to deliver level‑leading guest experiences at live events.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• 1-2 years’ leadership experience in fast-paced hospitality.
• High School/GED required.
• Food handler’s card required within 30 days of hire (company pays training).
• TIPS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a concession stand with multiple staff including cashiers, cooks, counters, bartenders and bar backs.
• Perform pre-event setup and post-event closing/checkout with accuracy.
• Ensure proper alcohol service, sanitation, and food safety throughout events.
• Train and mentor new team members to ensure department success.
• Maintain organization of storage areas and complete end-of-night inventories and reports.
