Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Facilities Operations Manager to oversee the Ontario Convention Center and Page One Café. This role manages day-to-day maintenance, safety compliance, and engineering staff to ensure reliable utilities, HVAC, and food service systems during events.

The ideal candidate holds a high school diploma, a C-10 license, and at least five years of supervisory experience in large facilities; a mechanical engineering emphasis degree is a plus.

Qualifications

• Five years supervisory experience in operation of large public assembly, hotel or other commercial facility.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• C-10 License.
• Desirable: AA/BA/BS Degree with emphasis in mechanical engineering, and/or C-20 License.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance of the Ontario Convention Center & Page One Café.
• Ensure facility compliance with codes, regulations and best practices.
• Supervise engineering staff, assign PMs, and manage training.
• Perform routine maintenance and major repairs on HVAC equipment.
• Repair and maintain food service equipment and utilities.
• Coordinate safety plans and staff training on safety issues.
