Job summary

Precision Productions is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Associate / Driver to prep, load, deliver, and check in audio, video, and lighting gear for events. This full-time, in-person role is based at our Fort Worth area shop south of the city, with occasional show-site work.

You will maintain inventory in Current-RMS, drive non-CDL trucks up to 26’, assist with setup and strike, and coordinate with vendors. We value organization, reliability, and a client-facing professionalism.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in warehouse or logistics
• Knowledge of AV gear (audio, video, lighting, rigging)
• Detail-oriented under deadline pressure
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and pass background/drug screening
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record and DOT/OSHA familiarity

Responsibilities

• Pull, prep, and test gear per show specs; load/unload trucks
• Check in and QC returning equipment and quarantine damaged items
• Maintain inventory accuracy in Current-RMS; monitor usage, losses, repairs
• Drive local deliveries and pickups in non-CDL trucks up to 26’
• Support operations and project managers with equipment availability
• Keep warehouse clean, safe, and organized; suggest workflow improvements
