Job summary

The Werd Company in Austin, TX is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support a fast-paced audiovisual team. You will organize gear, transport equipment between sites and warehouses, and assist with repairs and quality control for events.

You will work with the Warehouse Manager and team, maintaining safety and efficiency while flexibly accommodating project schedules, including potential overtime and weekend work as needed.

Qualifications

• Able to lift up to 50lbs repeatedly.
• Able to maneuver and lift up to 225lbs with assistance.
• Comfortable with standing, walking, bending, lifting, and reaching in a warehouse setting.
• Capable of using basic computer software including Google Suite and rental management software (Current RMS).

Responsibilities

• Check in/out equipment and tools using established processes.
• Assist warehouse manager with organization and cleanliness.
• Load/unload trucks as needed.
• Perform basic equipment repair and soldering tasks.
• Test and clean equipment before/after events to ensure quality.
