Job summary

Precision Productions is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Associate / Driver to prep, load, deliver, and check in audio, video, and lighting gear for events. This full-time, in-person role is based at our Fort Worth area shop south of the city, with occasional show-site work.

You will maintain inventory in Current-RMS, drive non-CDL trucks up to 26’, assist with setup and strike, and coordinate with vendors. We value organization, reliability, and a client-facing professionalism.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in warehouse or logistics
• Knowledge of AV gear (audio, video, lighting, rigging)
• Detail-oriented under deadline pressure
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and pass background/drug screening
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record and DOT/OSHA familiarity

Responsibilities

• Pull, prep, and test gear per show specs; load/unload trucks

Job description

Precision Productions is looking for an organized, hands-on Warehouse Associate / Driver to keep our gear show-ready. You’ll prep, load, deliver, and check in audio, video, and lighting equipment for corporate events, broadcast, music, ministry, and virtual productions. This full-time, in-person role reports to the Warehouse Manager and is based at our shop south of Fort Worth, TX, with occasional work on show sites.

What You’ll Do

• Pull, prep, and test gear per show specs; load and unload trucks with proper packing to prevent damage.
• Check in and QC returning equipment, and quarantine anything damaged.
• Keep inventory accurate in Current-RMS, including usage, damage, losses, repairs, and cycle counts.
• Drive local deliveries and pickups in non-CDL trucks up to 26’, and occasionally help with setup and strike on site.
• Keep company trucks clean and maintained, and coordinate repairs with outside vendors.
• Support the Operations team and Project Managers with equipment availability, cross-rentals, and replacement purchases.
• Keep the warehouse and loading dock clean, safe, and organized, and suggest ways to improve our workflow.

What You Bring

• Ideally 3+ years of warehouse or logistics experience, preferably in live events or AV, but attitude and work ethic are much more important than experience.
• Working knowledge of AV gear: audio, video, lighting, rigging, and power distribution.
• Strong attention to detail, a calm head under deadline pressure, and a professional, client-facing demeanor.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, Google Suite) and willingness to learn inventory software such as Current-RMS or Flex.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record; familiarity with DOT rules and OSHA warehouse safety standards.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and to walk, stand, bend, and reach throughout the day.
• High school diploma or equivalent; must pass a background check and drug screen and be authorized to work in the U.S.
