Job summary

Aramark Corporation seeks an IT Coordinator II to facilitate technology during retail events. You will support a range of AV and conferencing equipment, including Kramer AV, TEC systems, microphones, and Zoom/MS Teams, ensuring smooth operation and sound quality.

You will analyze event requirements, document objectives, and coordinate client support to deliver robust technology solutions. Strong communication, organization, and the ability to manage multiple projects are essential.

Qualifications

• Prior IT experience preferred.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Office 365.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Identify and diagnose technology disruptions and coordinate repairs or replacements.
• Review and report defects through support channels to resolve issues.
• Conduct meetings, user trainings, demos and address audiences.
• Lead production support conversations with clients to define scope clearly.
• Create event notes and document unique technical situations.
• Manage multiple projects with a flexible schedule and prioritize effectively.
• Coordinate with vendors and technicians in event and support scenarios.
• Maintain strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
