Job summary

In Production is seeking a Warehouse Associate for our Dallas, Texas facility to safely receive, inspect, and ship equipment for live events across the United States.

You will handle inventory, operate forklifts and material handling tools, and support yard and warehouse operations while upholding safety standards and OSHA policies. The role requires lifting up to 75 lbs, reliability, and weekend/overtime availability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds repeatedly.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and work on concrete floors.
• Able to work overtime, weekends, and travel as business needs require.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written safety procedures.
• Forklift certification or previous forklift operating experience preferred.
• Experience with inventory management systems or RF scanners.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments.
• Pick, stage, pack, and prepare customer orders.
• Load and unload flatbed trailers safely and efficiently.
• Inspect returned equipment for damage and identify items requiring repair or refurbishment.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
• Organize inventory and maintain clean, accurate storage locations.
• Perform cycle counts and assist with maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Assist with assembling, disassembling, loading, or unloading event structures and equipment.
• Occasionally assist at customer job sites with installation or dismantling of temporary seating, staging, or structural systems.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
