Job summary

InProduction is seeking a Warehouse Associate for our Dallas, TX facility. You will safely receive, inspect, and prepare event equipment for shipment across the United States. The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and efficient order fulfillment in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds repeatedly.
• Stand, walk, bend, kneel, and work on concrete floors for extended periods.
• Availability to work overtime, weekends, and some travel.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and condition.
• Pick, stage, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Load and unload flatbed trailers, dry vans, and delivery vehicles safely.
• Inspect returned equipment for damage and identify items needing repair or refurbishment.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
• Organize inventory and maintain clean, accurate storage locations.
• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy.
• Perform routine inspections and basic preventive maintenance on warehouse equipment.
• Report damaged equipment, inventory discrepancies, and safety concerns promptly.
• Maintain safe work areas following OSHA and company policies.
• Secure loads for transportation.
• Assist with assembling/disassembling/loading/unloading event structures and equipment.
