Job summary

InProduction is seeking a Warehouse Associate at our Dallas, TX facility to safely receive, inspect, organize, pick, pack, load, and ship equipment used for live events across the United States.

Role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver's license, ability to lift up to 75 lbs, and to pass background and drug screenings. OT, travel, and forklift experience are common pluses in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds repeatedly.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and work on concrete floors for extended periods.
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, and occasional travel as business needs require.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and condition.
• Pick, stage, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Load and unload trailers and delivery vehicles safely.
• Inspect returned equipment for damage and identify items requiring repair or refurbishment.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely.
• Maintain clean, organized storage locations and perform cycle counts.
