Job summary

InProduction is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Associate in Indiana to handle shipments, inspect products, and load/unload materials. You will operate delivery equipment, assist with maintenance, and ensure safety standards are followed in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires basic tool familiarity, the ability to read safety instructions, and willingness to work overtime. Forklift licensing is preferred or training may be provided.

Qualifications

• Bi-lingual in Spanish and English preferred.
• Familiar with basic hand tools and able to read safety instructions.
• Able to stand for long periods and repeatedly lift up to 75 lbs.
• Forklift training or license preferred; training may be provided.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing shipments by checking them physically
• Check products for defects and accuracy
• Pull, pack and ship finished goods
• Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate delivery vehicle
• Inspect machinery for maintenance needs
• Unload materials and stack to designated areas
• Communicate with managers to identify equipment needing maintenance
• Ensure safety measures are followed
• Maintain cleanliness of tools and equipment
• Support local job-sites for building/tearing down structures as needed
• Other duties as required
