Job summary

Legends Global is seeking an Usher/Ticket Taker for Kent, WA. You will greet guests, scan tickets, guide to seats, and maintain a safe, orderly entry environment for live events.

Qualifications

• Ability to stay calm and courteous in fast-paced events.
• Strong communication and guest assistance skills.
• Ability to multitask and work well on a team during busy events.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and scan tickets for entry.
• Assist guests to seats and navigate the venue.
• Provide friendly service and answer questions about amenities.
• Handle incidents calmly and report to supervisors.
• Help reunite lost guests and maintain logs as needed.
