Live Event Tech staff will learn to manage cables, network equipment, and event systems while delivering a top‑notch fan experience. A strong work ethic is essential.

Qualifications

• Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to early morning call times and late event nights.
• Comfortable working with cables, connectors, laptops, and electronics.
• Able to follow written procedures precisely and complete checklists.
• Customer service instincts and the ability to stay composed with guests.
• Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on event calendar.
• Basic networking concepts: Ethernet, switches, IP addressing, access points.
• Coursework or a degree in information technology, networking, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Ticket entry support and guest assistance at gates.
• General IT and network support during events across the venue.
• Break down, coiling, and return of equipment after events.
• Respond to printers, POS, and device issues during shows.
