Job summary

The Milwaukee Bucks, Inc. seek a Group Event Facilitator to support the Group Sales Department during the 2026-2027 season. Responsibilities include organizing group outings and guiding fan experiences on game nights.

Hours vary from 3 to 30 per week, depending on the schedule and events. A bachelor’s degree is required, and candidates must be able to work the Bucks home games and assist with group events and Youth experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Availability to work at least 60% of Bucks home games, including weeknights, weekends and holidays.
• Excellent interpersonal and decision‑making skills for large groups.

Responsibilities

• On game nights, assist with organizing group outings and fan experiences.
• Support Group Sales events and non-game day experiences.
• Walk stairs frequently and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
