Job summary

The Milwaukee Bucks are seeking a Seasonal, Part-Time Group Event Facilitator to support the Group Sales Department during the 2026-2027 season. This role reports to the Sr. Coordinator, Ticket Sales and begins immediately as opportunities arise.

On game nights, you will help organize group outings and fan experiences, including youth courtside activities, and assist at events both game and non-game days. Hours vary 3–30 per week; 60% of Bucks home games required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Available to work at least 60% of Bucks home games, including weeknights, weekends, and holidays.
• Friendly, professional, upbeat personality.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Maintain a professional manner around athletes.
• Excellent interpersonal and decision-making skills with the ability to address large groups.
• Be organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
• Experience working with youth is a plus.
• Ability to lift to 25 lbs. and walk up and down stairs frequently.

Responsibilities

• On game nights, assist with organizing various group outings and fan experiences (youth courtside, high fives, on-court activities).
• Provide assistance at Group Sales events and non-game day experiences (sales events, Training Center events, group leader parties).
• Hours vary from 3 to 30 hours per week depending on game and events schedule.
