Job summary

Allied Universal Event Services is hiring Event Staff for the Alamodome in San Antonio. You will welcome guests, usher them, and provide top-notch customer service in a dynamic event setting. The role offers flexible part-time hours, training, and weekly pay, ideal for students or those seeking extra income.

Prior experience is not required, and all training is provided. Starting pay is $14/hour. Duties include keeping areas clean, directing foot traffic, and ensuring a positive guest

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a high school diploma (or equivalent).
• Background check and drug/alcohol test may be required.
• Professional demeanor with strong judgment and discretion.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in event day preparation and execution.
• Greet guests and direct them to venues.
• Scan tickets or verify wristbands when required and direct foot traffic.
• Provide directions and helpful information to enhance guest experience.
