Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Background investigation and drug/alcohol test required after offer.
• May be required to pass Driver’s Record check.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide directions at entrances and concourses.
• Assist in event day preparation and execution.
• Direct foot traffic and ensure orderly movement within the venue.
• Collect or scan tickets and verify wristbands/badges.
• Provide friendly, helpful guest service and information.
