Job summary

Allied Universal Event Services in Houston is seeking friendly Event Staff/Guest Services to support major stadiums, arenas and venues. You’ll help with guest experiences and safety at events.

We offer paid training, flexible part-time and full-time schedules, weekly pay, and growth opportunities within a dynamic events team. Responsibilities include welcoming guests, ushering, directing foot traffic and maintaining clean, safe spaces.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have a high school diploma (or equivalent).
• Background check and post-offer drug/alcohol testing required.
• Professional, articulate, and able to exercise good independent judgment.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect tickets, welcome and usher guests, and provide superior customer service.
• Direct foot traffic and manage guest flow at venues.
• Maintain cleanliness and operational efficiency in assigned areas.
• Assist in event day preparation and execution.
