Allied Universal Event Services is hiring Event Staff to support games, concerts, festivals, and conventions in Austin and surrounding areas. Pay is tiered: $22/hr for college sports events and $18/hr for other events, with weekly pay and paid training.

The role involves ticket collection, ushering, guest assistance, and maintaining orderly crowds while upholding safety standards. Flexible part-time and full-time schedules are available.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and pre-employment drug/alcohol test.
• Professional, articulate, and able to use independent judgment.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all aspects of event day preparation and execution.
• Manage entry, ticket scanning, wristbands, and direct traffic.
