Job summary

Legends Global in Tacoma is seeking a Production & Event Operations Assistant to provide part-time support for live performances at the Tacoma City Theaters, including the Pantages, Rialto, and Theatre on the Square. You will assist with production administration, crew scheduling, event preparation, and backstage operations, with some front-of-house duties as needed.

The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and adaptable, comfortable in a fast-paced live-event environment.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous experience in theater, live events, production, or administrative support preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist Production Manager with crew schedules, call information, production paperwork, event documentation, and administrative tasks.
Support onboarding documentation and crew time records for union personnel.
Assist with parking permits, deliveries, equipment rentals, and other production logistics.
Maintain accurate production records, checklists, schedules, and administrative files.
Provide on-site support for rehearsals, performances, rentals, and special events.
Assist backstage preparation, including dressing rooms, hospitality setup/breakdown, signage, and artist needs.
Monitor backstage readiness and communicate schedules and updates to staff.
