Job summary

Legends Global has an immediate opening for a Production Assistant at the Boeing Center at Tech Port located in San Antonio, Texas. The Production Assistant is responsible for ensuring the successful execution of shows and event productions by supporting and implementing the technical aspects of live events.

You will assist with staging, audio, video, lighting, and overall production logistics, working closely with production managers, stage managers, and technical crews to deliver high-quality

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in touring, live events, or stage production
• Experience with staging, lighting, audio, and video basics
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays

Responsibilities

• Coordinate event production details with crews to ensure show delivery
• Support load-in and load-out operations with staging and equipment
• Collaborate with staff and vendors to maintain workflow
• Ensure performers have required equipment and resources
• Report activities to Production Supervisors and Production Manager
• Follow safety policies and venue protocols
• Maintain event timelines and door times
