Legends Global is seeking a Production & Event Operations Assistant to support live performances at Tacoma City Theaters, including Pantages Theater, Rialto Theater, and Theatre on the Square.

The ideal candidate is organized and dependable, with a can-do attitude for fast-paced live events. The role involves production admin, crew scheduling, front-of-house prep, and flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in theater, live events, production, or administrative support preferred.
• Familiarity with backstage operations and union labor environments is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Production Manager with crew schedules, call information, production paperwork, event documentation, and administrative tasks.
• Support onboarding paperwork and crew time records for IATSE union personnel.
• Assist with event-related parking permits, deliveries, equipment rentals, and other production logistics.
• Maintain accurate production records, checklists, schedules, and administrative files.
• Provide on-site support for rehearsals, performances, rentals, and load-ins/outs as assigned.
