Job summary

Legends Global in Wichita, KS is seeking a Payroll and Payables Accountant to support INTRUST Bank Arena, Orpheum Theatre, and Capitol Federal Amphitheater. You will manage multiple payrolls bi-weekly through ADP Enterprise EV5 and handle daily accounts payable tasks.

You will import union hours, process garnishments and deductions, prepare journal entries, and assist with monthly financial statements and bank reconciliations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1–2 years of accounting education or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1–2 years of payroll processing experience.
• Experience with ADP Enterprise EV5 preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with D365 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process facility bi-weekly payroll via ADP Enterprise EV5.
• Import IATSE union hours, calculate wages, deductions and benefits.
• Process wage garnishments, deductions, and payments timely.
• Prepare payroll adjustments and bi-weekly payroll journal entries.
• Input payable invoices into Microsoft D365; coordinate with heads for approvals.
• Prepare weekly vendor check runs and ensure timely payments.
• Assist in monthly financial statements and bank reconciliations.
• Perform monthly reconciliation of related payable and payroll balances.
